The hotel is very nice and the rooms are great. My kids loved the warm pool. However if you are planning on breakfast at the hotel allow for more time as they do not keep it stocked and when food was out the staff was found in the kitchen on her phone. If it had not been for poor service at breakfast I would have rated this hotel a 5.

The young gentleman at the front desk was very professional and most helpful in orienting us to the area. Great asset to your organization. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No creme for the coffee, no pancake mix, no biscuits, eggs were dry and lacked flavor, no bacon. Had to find the girl for the kitchen before we could eat breakfast. She was sitting on the counter of the front desk talking to the girl manning the desk. Acted very disgusted when I ask her if she restock the breakfast bar. Bad attitude. Poor customer service. I can go to any other hotel and not be made to feel like an inconvenience.

The guy at front desk awesome overall the
Only thing is the beds where hard as wood
very uncomfortable told the employee to
tell management . Stated was because hotel was new but I stay at holiday inns at least 8 times a month and have stayed in brand new less than a month old these where the worst no sleep had to sleep on pull out sofa second night very very disappointed.....
