We stayed at the Medford Holiday Inn Express twice in a two week period. The first time, going North, We had to return to the front dest three times to get a key that worked. The breakfast was meager.
The second time we stayed was a week later on our way South. The computers were down, so they didn't have our reservation - but we got a room. The room was overly warm and it took the air conditioner until after midnight to cool the room. The door to the room didn't fit the door jamb, which let in light from the hall. Again, the breakfast was meager.
Unable to recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cheridc Clean, comfortable with good breakfast choices
We just completed a trip to another state and spent 7 nights in hotels. This was the best we stayed in. The room was large enough and the bathroom very nice. The breakfast choices were superior to the other hotels we stayed at.

We had a reservation at another place. After finding it unsuitable we found ourselves without a room after a long day of driving. We have stayed in Medford 4-5 times in the last few years, never twice at the same hotel.
When we saw the sign for Holiday Inn we drove over.It was a Monday in late June about 6:00 p.m.I always have a reservation and am a HIE member. When I asked for a room showing my card,it made no difference they were busy but SEEMED to think they had room, after 15 mins of back and forth we were given a key with the assurance that they would bring towels over. They did not.The room was fine. The cost was not but after I explained upon checkout that they had dropped the ball the bill was adjusted. It is clean and quiet, they just had some personal issues that affected our stay.I will stay there again if in the area
