Being able to get in touch with my business is key.
No warning at check-in that internet was down and not being able to reconnect because problem was outside the property.
Therefore I spent the night without a chance to work.
I had booked two nights but left after the first because of this situation.
No exactly the most friendly way to treat customers.

As usual, this was a very pleasant stay during my business trip to Monterrey, MX. All the staff is very courteous and most know me by name. My only complaint which I expressed to the manager directly while there was that I would like to see bacon on the breakfast menu once and a while. The next morning there was bacon at the breakfast buffet however they were already out. Obviously a popular item among the US and Canadian guests that stay here. So they need to put more of it out. Other than that, Happy Hour Monday-Thursday is always a treat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in that area and will continue to stay here on all future visits.

Nos hospedamos en el 3er. Piso, y tuvimos problemas de conexión de internet. Estando en uno de los salones de la Planta Baja, funcionó mejor, aunque siguió muy lento.
