I came in late at night and recieved my room (without any sheets on the bed). I went down to get another room and when I went to hang my clothes in the new room- no clothes rack. I woke up the next morning and needed to use the rest room - no TP. Then to take a shower-no towels. I called room service to get towels and TP, they showed up so I took a shower. I didn't realize that the 3 towels deleiverd were actually floor mats! (no washcloth was included). Asking the manager for help was like asking for the sun to set in the east. All he could say was that "you know that we are under construction". Yes, I could see that and understand that could cause a few issues,, but no TP and only floor mats to dry off with? I checked out a day early and was promised 15,000 pts for my trouble. Guess what, no points have been added. Looks like I'm finally ready to go to your competitor. First, I must state that the hotel was having floor remodeling at the time of my visit. A lot of this may seem trivial, but important to this 4-5 nights a week traveler. More convenient entrance door locks were inopporalive, so the main front was the only door available. Elevators and stairwells were dirty. Pool and spa were posted "out of order", yet staff said all was ok, caution tape blocked hallway to them and fitness room. Room was clean, but closet shelf/hangar rack was loose on wall, hangars did not fit rod, falling on floor with clothes. Shower curtain rod was loose, drooping, and curtain ripped at most rod holes. Fridge rocked, unleveled. Floor crew seemed "bothered" with my presence, yet I've been in the construction business for 38 years, and know how to work with remodeling crews. It would've been good to know of remodeling on website, less of a shock if chosen, but I think this was an isolated situation, with perhaps an unaware hotel manager and inferior contractor choice.

Hotel was under remodel. Works were loud, hanging out in the hallways and up all night bring extremly loud!!! The front desk lady was very rude and needs to learn customer service. I'm sn ihg member and I was less than impressed! Amenities were all closed and not able to use. No one told us about the construction going on when we booked and it was not stated on there website!!
