Your hotel location and services are excellent, but the same cannot be said of your frequent stay program. Registering for this at the time of my first stay was straightforward, and seemed to be a good idea then as I expected to be returning soon and in the future. However, the rules are complicated, the e-mails and offers too frequent and confusing for me. I have not been given the points I deserved after I inquired and protested. A happy experience has been soured.
And as for this review procedure, when I failed to complete it as required the first time, there was no way to return to the original page without losing ALL the information recorded, so I had to begin all over again. Was not pleased. Please note. LB
And to make me furious, I had to try four times to enter a nickname which would be accepted. This is nonsense.

Overall, nice hotel on a business trip. Rooms were clean and relatively quiet. Only complaint was that it seemed all the other guests got the Globe and Mail delivered to their door and I never received a copy the entire time of my stay.
